seven hundred and fifty six And made or expreſsed
to be made between the said James Duke of Atholl
of the first part, the said William now Lord Mans-
field by his then Name and description of the Honour-
able William Murray of Lincolns Inn in the County
of Middlesex Esquire his Majesty's Attorney General
of the second Part, the most noble Archibald Duke
of Argyle since deceased, the said David Lord Vis-
count Stormont and John Sharpe of Lincolns
Inn aforesaid Esquire since also deceased of the third
part Reciting (amongst other Things) the said
recited Indenture bearing Date respectively the said
fourteenth day of November one thousand seven
hundred and thirty seven and fourth day of May
one thousand seven hundred and forty eight And
further reciting that the said Duke of Atholl had
paid and satisfied the said Sum of twelve thousand
pounds to the Executors of the said George Wade
and that the said Term of five hundred years
had been thereupon assigned to the said John
Sharpe in Trust to assign the same to such per-
son or persons And for such Intents & purposes
as the said Duke of Atholl should appoint, And
in default thereof, in trust for the Benefit of such
person or Persons as by virtue of any Settlement
or Disposition then made and subsisting of
the said Isle and other the premisses had or
