At Castle Rushen feb 4. 1763

Upon hearing this Appeal And upon Reading the Order of the Grand[obscured]
bearing date the 22^d. July 1762 appealed from— The Order dated the 19^th
July 1761 in the appeal mentioned. The Book of Accounts of William
Murray [above line: deed] in this Appeal named And upon Consideration had thereof
And of what was pleaded Argued & alledged by each party This
Court is of Opinion that thos^d. W^m Murray only Acted by Virtue of
a Power of Attorney from S^r. Quayle Somerville Baronet And that
such power was merely personal & died with then thos^d. W^m
Murray & did not enure to the Resp^t. Therefore this Court doth
Reverse the said Order appealed from But without prejudice
to thos^d. S^r. Quayle Somerville in recovering his just Claims &
Demands ag^t. the Applt.
